Summertime…Vacation time! Don’t get sick on your trip:

If you are traveling by airplane, bus, or boat, or heading to another country, consider this: How often do you think they clean the armrests or food trays on your plane? –Rarely. Have you ever been on a bus or plane where other people weren’t coughing or sneezing? -Doubt it! Ever hear about folks on vacation in Mexico or on a cruise whose trip was ruined because they spent more time in the bathroom than on the beach? - Of course you have! Don’t let getting sick from a G.I. or respiratory virus ruin your trip. In addition to washing your hands often and taking precaution with the food and drinks you consume, you can also safeguard your health while traveling by taking along Chinese herbs. These patent Chinese herbal formulas can be taken preventatively or in the case of an active infection. Pack them in your carry-on luggage so you have easy access to them if you need them. Make your appointment for an herbal consult today so you can have these “Herbs for Happy Travels” ready to go with you!

Acupuncture of the Rockies is Now Offering a Group clinic!

Acupuncture of the Rockies now offers a community-style acupuncture clinic, the first of its kind in Fort Collins. This new clinic offers acupuncture treatments at a reduced price so that patients can afford to get the effective results this medicine can offer. These are not 'discounted' or shorter treatments.  They are individual treatments that overlap in the same relaxing room.  Palm trees and soothing island music calm your senses while the acupuncture needles do their magic.  Please note that not all conditions can be treated in the community clinic.  Initial consultations will still be completed in private rooms, but be sure to inquire about this community clinic for follow-up visits.
