About Carol

Carol (CJ) graduated from the Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins. Her expertise and advanced training lies in transformative bodywork, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (LDT), CranioSacral Therapy, neuromuscular therapy, sports, and injury rehabilitation. She is a member of National Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) and International Association of Healthcare Practitioners (IAHP). Additionally, she is currently working towards my National certification as a Medical Massage Therapist (CMMT).

As a former NCAA Division I All-American in Swimming, CJ has over 15 years of experience in competitive athletics. Her personal experience with training physiology, sports injuries, and recovery enhances her ability to cater to active clients, the occasional weekend warrior or those just looking for relief from the stress of daily life. Certified to teach yoga through the Yoga Alliance, CJ teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga at local studios. Some of her other hobbies include: rock climbing, hiking, natural health and nutrition, photography, skiing, travel and swimming.

CJ is looking forward to helping you establish a massage therapy program that meets your needs. When necessary, she will work directly with other healthcare providers to ensure the best care of all her clients.
